Document  Employers Can Hire Foreign Workers for Seasonal Jobs - Lawful permanent residents (green card holders) can legally work in the U.S. In addition, foreign nationals also may work in the U.S. if they have been authorized by the Citizenship and Immigration Service, and if they abide by the conditions of that employment authorization.  
Document  Findlaw for the Public - Information covering a wide variety of areas of law. 
Document  Immigrants Must Be Authorized To Work in the U.S. - A federal law created in 1986 called the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) requires employers to check the immigration status of new employees.  
Document  Ohio Refugee Services Handbook - The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services' Office of Refugee Services published this handbook in November, 2007. The handbook has information on the refugee resettlement process and eligibility for refugee cash and medical assistance, as well as other public assistance programs.
